*Terms and Conditions for Logo Design Services Service Provider: My Vision Design and Marketing

By engaging with our logo design services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our process and deliverables.

Service Scope

1. The service includes the creation of three (3) distinct logo design concepts for you to choose from.

2. Six (6) rounds of edits are included to refine the selected design and bring your vision to life. Beyond six rounds of revisions, additional charges will apply, calculated based on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.

3. The final logo will be delivered in high-quality PDF and JPG formats. Additional file formats or variations can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Turnaround Time

1. The logo design project has an estimated turnaround time of three (3) to seven (7) business days.

2. Timely delivery depends on prompt communication and feedback from the client. Delays in providing input, content, or approvals may result in extended delivery timelines.

Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must provide all necessary information and materials at the project’s initiation, including a description of their business, design preferences, branding guidelines, and any required content.

2. Clients affirm that any submitted images, logos, or content provided for the project are owned by them or that they hold proper rights and permissions for their use. My Vision Design and Marketing is not liable for any intellectual property disputes related to client-provided materials.

Revisions

1. Revisions are defined as modifications to the chosen design, such as adjustments to colors, text, or layout. Revisions do not include a complete redesign of the concept.

2. Requests for revisions must be communicated clearly and within the agreed timeframe to ensure project completion within the estimated turnaround.

Payment Terms

1. Payment for the logo design service must be made upfront or in accordance with an agreed payment schedule.

2. Any additional services, such as extra revisions, file formats, or expedited delivery, will incur extra charges and must be settled before the final delivery of the logo.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 12 hours of project initiation. Refunds will be issued after deducting the cost of work already completed.

2. Refunds are not available once the project is completed and final deliverables have been provided.

Limitation of Liability

1. My Vision Design and Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.

2. My Vision Design and Marketing will not be held liable for the use of the logo after delivery, including its application or modification by third parties.
