Terms and Conditions for Social Media Ad Design Service

Welcome to My Vision Design and Marketing! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline the scope of our services and your responsibilities. By engaging with our design services, you agree to these terms.

Service Scope

1. The service includes the design of three (3) social media image ads tailored to your brand and marketing goals.

2. The project will be completed within a two (2) to three (3) day turnaround time. Timely delivery is contingent on prompt communication and feedback from the client.

Revisions

1. The service includes up to two (2) minor revisions per design. Revisions are defined as adjustments to text, colors, or layout details but do not include a complete redesign of the ad concept.

2. Requests for revisions must be communicated promptly to ensure the agreed turnaround time. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must provide all required materials, including text, images, and branding guidelines, at the project’s initiation.

2. Delays caused by late submissions or lack of communication may impact the project timeline, and My Vision Design and Marketing is not liable for extended delivery times due to such delays.

3. By providing any images, text, or other content, the client affirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use these materials. My Vision Design and Marketing is not responsible for verifying ownership or permissions and will not be liable for any copyright or intellectual property issues arising from the client-supplied content.

Additional Costs

1. Any additional services outside the agreed-upon scope, including extra revisions or expedited delivery, will be billed separately.

Payment Terms

1. Payment for the ad design service must be made upfront or as per the agreed payment schedule.

2. Additional costs incurred for extra revisions or other services must be settled prior to the final delivery of the designs.

Limitation of Liability

My Vision Design and Marketing will not be liable for:

1. Delays caused by the client, including untimely feedback or incomplete content submissions.

2. Performance or effectiveness of the ads on social media platforms, as this depends on external factors outside the scope of our design service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 12 hours of service initiation. Refunds will be subject to a deduction for the work already completed.

2. Refunds are not available for completed projects or for additional services rendered.
